This document sets out the terms and conditions for using the website and the services provided by Enduro Guided Tours SRL, with registered office in Sibiu, Moldoveanu Street no. 31, Romania, VAT no. 37528243. By making a reservation or using our services, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

• 1. Services
  Enduro Guided Tours SRL organizes guided enduro tours, motorcycle rental and related services, according to the offers published on the website or communicated by email/WhatsApp.
• 2. Reservations
  Reservations can be made via: Email: info@enduroguidedtours.com Phone / WhatsApp: +40 723 187 254 A reservation is considered confirmed after written confirmation from Enduro Guided Tours SRL and, where applicable, after payment of a deposit.
• 3. Payments and deposit
  For certain tours, a deposit may be required. The deposit confirms the booking of the period and equipment and is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client, but it can be rescheduled for another date, subject to availability, within the current season or, at the latest, in the following season.
• 4. Cancellations and rescheduling
  If the client is unable to participate, they must inform us as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Last-minute cancellations may result in the loss of the deposit.
• 5. Participant responsibility
  Participation in enduro tours is at the client’s own risk. Clients declare that they are medically fit and have the necessary riding skills. Following the guide’s instructions is mandatory.
• 6. Liability
  Enduro Guided Tours SRL is not responsible for accidents caused by failure to follow the rules, negligence, or exceeding the participant’s skill level.
• 7. Equipment
  Participants must wear full protective riding gear. Any damage to motorcycles or equipment caused by the client must be covered by the client.
• 8. Force majeure
  In case of extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen events, tours may be postponed or rescheduled for safety reasons.
• 9. Personal data
  Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.
• 10. Applicable law
  These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be settled amicably or by the competent courts in Romania.
